Guidance and good advice for lecturers from DCUM
The Danish Centre for Educational Environment (DCUM) has developed an online platform with information for and about students with physical or mental disabilities.
As a lecturer, you can gain insight into the challenges and needs that students with disabilities may encounter in various study-related contexts. You can find specific information about the various disabilities via the search function here: https://minstudieplan.dk/soegfunktionsnedsaettelser/ (the platform is only available in Danish).
Through the platform, students can find tools to create an overview and structure in their everyday study, and they can make a study plan. As DTU has its own version of a study planner, and as this is mandatory for the students to use, DTU recommends that you only use all other functions in My study planner and not the study planner itself, as you will then have to update the study plan in two places.
